The Future of Spinnaker Sound Marina
Spinnaker Sound Marina has received Development Approval for the new Sirenia Residential Apartments. A Development Application has also been received for the new Dry Stack facilities, secure car parks and boat yard improvements. Our new fuel dock was commissioned in January 2010 is also nearing completion. A Building Approval will also be lodged to allow for upgrade of the existing building and restaurant/retail facilities and boardwalk during 2010.

The Spinnaker Sound History
Spinnaker Sound Marina opened in 1982. In 1996 the Marina was purchased by Ted and Lyn Godden, who then operated the Marina until August 2006.
The Marina is now owned by Spinnaker Sound Joint Venture Pty Ltd, a consortium comprising of a highly regarded development company, in partnership with one of Australia's largest superannuation providers.
